TYLOO stun Lynn Vision
The Esports World Cup 2024 Asia Closed Qualifier upper bracket semi-final between TYLOO and Lynn Vision kicked things off with TYLOO's pick of Inferno being the opening map of the BO3 as the teams were fighting for a spot in the main event.
Lynn Vision started Inferno with an 8-4 lead on their CT side but an absolutely flawless defensive side from TYLOO saw them pick up nine rounds in a row to pick up the map 13-8 with Mercury and JamYoung leading from the front with 17 and 15 kills respectively.
Lynn Vision once again started the second map, Ancient, with an 8-4 lead, this time on their T side but TYLOO fought back on their T side to push the map to overtime where they managed to hold on for a 16-14 win. It was the trio of JamYoung, kaze and Mercury who were on top of the scoreboard on Ancient with 24, 23 and 21 kills.
The win sees TYLOO move into the upper bracket final and will play the winner of TheMongolz vs Rare Atom game while Lynn Vision will be battling for survival against the loser of the same game.
