EmiliaQAQ set the tone for Lynn Vision with a 16-6 record in the opening map

Lynn Vision and FengDa grab final two ZHI-TECH Elite Masters slots

The final day's matches at the ZHI-TECH Elite Masters play-in has come to a close and all eight teams for the main event are now locked in. Here's a quick recap of Day 3's matches.

Lynn Vision 2 - 0 Walk The Walk

The day started with a Chinese derby where Lynn Vision took on Walk The Walk in a best-of-three. Walk The Walk just disappeared on their very own map pick, Overpass, as Lynn Vision's EmiliaQAQ and z4kr fired on all cylinders, fetching Lynn Vision a colossal 11-1 lead on their CT-side.

Switching over, Lynn Vision kept things clean and closed Overpass 13-1, confirming their main event slot. EmiliaQAQ and z4kr finished the map with ratings of 2.25 and 2.13 at ADRs of 119 and 122. In stark contrast, none of Walk The Walk's players could even touch double figures. The second map took us to Inferno where Lynn Vision once again secured a hefty lead in the first half. Off of an 8-4 T-half, Lynn Vision carried the momentum to deliver a flawless CT-side and closed Inferno 13-4 to wrap the series 2-0.

Eruption 2 - 1 FengDa

In the last match of the play-in, Eruption took on FengDa. The series started on Anubis where FengDa failed to fully leverage the map's T-sidedness, conceding a marginal 5-7 disadvantage at halftime. Eruption's sideffect and Wonderzce stepped up on the T-side, taking the team across the line despite hitting a slump on the way. fury5K starred in Eruption's 13-9 win, posting a rating of 1.47.

On Mirage, FengDa started with a 6-2 lead but were unable to capitalize, settling with a 7-5 score-line at halftime. FengDa's CT-side fell apart as the Chinese side could not secure a single round after their pistol round win, netting Eruption a 13-9 win off of an eight rounds streak on the T-side. xenization was the star for Eruption on their T-side, posting 2.45 T-side rating with an ADR of 149.
