The Chinese team comprising of players such as L1haNg, suki and rage, had a clean run through the qualifier, taking down teams like South Korea, Pakistan and Mongolia on their way to the Esports Nations Cup 2026. The Chinese team qualified without dropping a single map in the qualifier.
The upper bracket final saw China take on Mongolia with Suki and tutu powering the Chinese squad to a big 13-5 win on Mirage to kick off the series. On Inferno, Mongolia finally put up a fight as they turned around a 4-8 score with a strong CT half to force overtime. In overtime, it was clean sweep from China with rage's 32 kill performance seeing China stay flawless with a 16-12 win to move into the Grand Final and also secure themselves a place in the Esports Nations Cup 2026.
The Mongolian squad meanwhile had started their campaign in the qualifier against Japan which was a bye for the Mongolian squad. In the upper bracket second round game, they face India, whom they beat in straight maps before facing China in the upper bracket final. The Chinese squad dropped the Mongolian team to the lower bracket final where they faced Pakistan.
The lower bracket final kicked off on Pakistan's pick of Inferno with a strong CT side laying the foundation for a 13-7 win for the Mongolian team. Moving to Nuke, there was fight from the Pakistani squad as they started with a big 8-4 T side but it was an incredible CT side comeback from Mongolia as ROUX and hasteka powered the comeback to see Mongolia steal a 13-10 win to make the final and in turn qualify for the Esports Nations Cup 2026.
Team India, who started their campaign with a win over Hong Kong, ended up finishing the qualifier in 5-6th place after losses to Mongolia and South Korea. Out of the 8 teams in the qualifier, only the top two were going to qualify for the main event, which meant India's poor show didn't allow them to make the main event.
