Dust2 IN just launched, give it some time. Likely, there will be updates coming in soon. Every region must be having a different web developer to host it and upgrade it on a regular basis. So there would be differences. Moreover, I don't know why but I kind of like this night mode, as you don't usually see such a color theme in this mode. But that's just my thought over it.
