Layout Error?

Here to rep a small issue. When I load up a page, it instantly takes me to the end of the page or the last comment instead to top!

I'm not sure that it's happening to everyone or me only.

Hey,

If you are clicking on a thread/article from the Latest Activity tab, it takes you to the latest comment.

So the functionality of the tab is to have people view the latest discussions, comments etc, hence named the same and the functionality.
