sadbutrue stars as Legion holds on to third place over Big W in Pixel Palace Community Cup 1

The only remaining Indian team in Pixel Palace's Community Cup 1, Big W, finished their campaign with a narrow loss in the third place decider game as Big W went down 1-2 to WahWah. WahWah's sadbutrue was the top performer for the Paksitani team as WahWah avoided a late comeback attempt from f1redup and co. to take third place and a prize money of $500.

WahWah's pick of Mirage got the third place decider going with the Pakistani team picking up the T side pistol. After a trade of rounds initially, Big W found momentum right at the end of the half to take a four round lead on their CT side. After a promising CT side, it was a shambolic T side from the Indian team as reV3nnnn and co. weren't able to find even a single T round that saw WahWah run away with a 13-8 win, on the back of a flawless CT side. sadbutrue stood out for WahWah on Mirage with 27 kills with ROCKY also coming in with impact with 16 kills and it was ROCKY's clutch in the first gun round of the second half that saw WahWah continue their run off the back of their pistol win.

Early multi-kill rounds and clutches from Clouda saw Big W start their pick of Inferno with the T pistol and conversions. After a couple of early T rounds, sadbutrue had the A site on lock down as WahWah went on to tie up the score and a streak of rounds from each team meant that it was a tied half to get things going. clouda continued to bring in impact as a double from him saw Big W lock in both pistols on their map pick. A bullettt 1v2 on the B site saw Wah Wah pick up the first gun round of the second half. A back and forth second half saw clouda and f1redup power Big W to a 13-10 win to see the Indian team push it to a third map.

Dust2 kicked off with a couple of force buys before WahWah found momentum to run away with a strong T side, picking up a four round lead. The second half pistol saw Big W pull back a couple of rounds before WahWah hit map and match point at 12-8. Big W once again pulled it back to the final round of regulation but it was sadbutrue once again stepping up when his team needed him the most to see WahWah hold on for a 13-11 win to lock in a 2-1 series win.

The win sees WahWah finish third in the PixelPalace Community Cup 1 and also take home a prize pool of $500.
