Last Dance qualifies for Esports Nations Cup Regional Qualifier

Bhavi, f1redup's Last Dance squad has won the Esports Nations Cup 2026: India qualifier and booked themselves a place in the Regional Qualifier after beating Diamond Dogs in the final of the India qualifiers. The BO3 final was a lengthy three map affair with an overtime needed to decide the winner.

Diamond Dogs' pick of Ancient was the opening map of the series with Last Dance starting with a 9-3 lead. Diamond Dogs fought back to make it a competitive score but it was Last Dance taking a 13-8 win to get the final going. Moving to Mirage, it was a non-starter for Last Dance as on their own map, they were wiped clean 3-13 as DEFAULTER and EmbeR topped the charts in a 13-3 win with 18 and 17 kills respectively.

Moving to the decider on Dust2, it was a much closer map with Last Dance ediging out at the half with a two-round lead. Diamond Dogs managed to hold on to push the map to overtime and it was Bhavi's 34 kill performance along with 29 kills from f1redup that saw Last Dance get over the line at 16-12.

By winning the national qualifier (Indian), Last Dance make the Regional qualifier and now will fight against the other national winners in the regional qualifier with the Indian team having a shot at making the main event through the South & East Asian region.
