VERTEX eases past Stirlzs Angels

In the lower bracket semi-final of the ESL Australia & NZ Championship S17, it was VERTEX going up against Stirlzs Angels.

Stirlzs started their pick of Overpass with a slight lead at 7-5 on their T side but it was VERTEX with an even better offensive half that saw them close the map at 13-10 as ADDICT stepped up.

VERTEX were all over Stirlzs on their pick of Vertigo, going 11-1 up in first half on the T side. Stirlzs put up a commendable T half of their own but it was too late as VERTEX secured the win at 13-7 to take the series 2-0.

VERTEX will now face the winner of the DXA and Vantage game in the lower bracket final.
