Skyesports Championship 5.0 UAE qualifier cancelled

Dust2 India have just received confirmation from Skyesports that the UAE qualifier for Skyesports Championship 5.0 has been cancelled.

Initially scheduled to run from 16th November 2023 to 19th November 2023, the single-elimination bracket event was supposed to determine UAE’s representative at the main event.

"Unfortunately, we had to cancel the UAE Qualifiers for the Skyesports Championship 5.0 CS2. The fourth team slot in the Main Event will be announced at a later date."

The main event- Skyesports Championship 5.0 was initially announced to entail teams from India, Europe and UAE along with one invited team seeded in a double-elimination bracket, in a LAN setting. Aurora has qualified through the European Qualifier while OG was announced as the invited team for the LAN event.
