TYLOO to face Astralis in the opening game at EWC 2025

The schedule for the opening games at CS2 Esports World Cup has been announced, with the games starting with a Round of 16 on 20th August 2025. The round of 16 will feature a single elimination round, leading to the playoffs.

The Asian giants, The MongolZ, are set to face GamerLegion, while TYLOO will lock horns with Astralis. The timings of the games are yet to be announced. Another highly anticipated clash on opening day will see G2 go head-to-head with Falcons. Here’s the full list of matches:
