VP puts a stop to TheMongolz's Atlanta run

The semi-final of the ESL Challenger Atlanta 2023 saw the only Asian representatives, TheMongolz go up against Virtus.pro (VP) after stunning Complexity in the decider match.

The series opener was VP's pick over Overpass and while TheMongolz started with an 8-4 lead, VP turned it around in the second half to edge out their opponents and secure the series 13-11.

On TheMongolz's pick of Inferno, VP started on the CT side with a strong 8-4 lead and Jame and co. held on to close it out at 13-8 to book their place in the Grand Final.

VP now await the winner of the second semi-final between Apeks and Monte to find out whom they will face in the Grand Final.
