FlyQuest secures ESL Pro League Season 19 spot over NIP
The final day of the Group Stages at the ESL Pro League Season 19 kicked off with two Playoffs spots remaining and four teams battling it out. FlyQuest were up against Ninjas in Pyjamas (NIP) to kick things.
FlyQuest started their pick of Ancient with a 7-5 lead. A clincial CT half from the Australians saw them secure a 13-7 win to get the series underway with INS once again shining for FlyQuest.
A 2v5 from INS and aliStair in the first gun round on Veritgo helped FlyQuest go 5-0 up on their CT side before NIP finally managed to put together five rounds of their own to start the half with a two-round difference. FlyQuest closed out the series in two, winning Vertigo 13-6 with INS topping the scoreboard again with 24 kills.
The series wins sees FlyQuest book their place in the ESL Pro League Season 19 Playoffs, making it through the Lower Bracket while NIP head home from Malta.
