FaZe sends NAVI home
In a rematch of the CS2 Major final, we had Natus Vincere (NAVI) taking on FaZe in the Playoffs Round 2 game as FaZe were looking to extract revenge.
The series started on Nuke with a tight first half that saw FaZe take a two-round lead but a flawless CT side from karrigan and co. saw them pick up a dominating 13-5 win. broky and rain powering up helped FaZe start NAVI's pick of Mirage with an 8-4 lead on their CT side. A karrigan quad-kill saw FaZe secure their T-side pistol but NAVI fought back to tie up the score at 11-11. ropz denied w0nderful a 1v2 to put FaZe on match point but it was w0nderful's AWP that opened and closed the final round in regulation to send the map to overtime. It was broky's AWP once again bailing FaZe out as they picked up Mirage 16-14 to lock in the series 2-0.
FaZe will face Vitality in the quarter-finals next as they look to go all the way to take home yet another CS2 trophy.
