Gods Reign trounce True Rippers in Semi-Final
The first semi-final of the Dust2 India - 1XBET Masters 14 which took place on stream featured India's two best teams - Gods Reign and True Rippers, as they locked horns in a BO3.
The game kickstarted on True Rippers' pick of Mirage, where Gods Reign established an early 9-3 lead on their CT side. However, True Rippers tried their best to narrow down their deficit in the second half, only to lose a 1v1 on the last round of regulations to reV3nnnn, and concede an 11-13 loss.
The second map took us to Anubis, which saw a lot of back and forth in the first half, ultimately culminating in a 7-5 lead for True Rippers on their T-side. However, once the sides switched, Gods Reign turned the tides to go past the finish line flawlessly and win the map with a score of 13-7.
