HLTV Awards: Nominees for the Best Players in their Roles revealed

As the 2024 HLTV Awards draw nearer, the nominees for the best players in various roles has officially kicked off. The star lineup will consists of five roles - IGL of the year, AWPer of the Year, Closer of the Year, Opener of the Year, and the Anchor of the Year, and the Coach of the Year.

The MongolZ are the Asian representatives as bLitz has been nominated for IGL of the Year while Senzu, mzinho and 910 have been nominated for Opener, Anchor and AWPer of the Year, respectively. The MongolZ's coach maaRaa has also been nominated for Coach of the Year.

The Panel Awards will be decided by the experts, who will reveal the top 3 finalists on on December 28, and the winners will be announced at the HLTV Awards on January 11.
