FlyQuest sails into the 2-0 bracket
After taking down Fluxo in their opening game at the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 Stage 1, FlyQuest continued to impress at the Australian squad moved into the 2-0 bracket following their dominant win over BoombI4's BetBoom, and FlyQuest are now one BO3 win away from moving into the next stage.
A nettik triple saw FlyQuest start their T side on Mirage with the pistol and after a 3-0 lead it was zorte's AWP that helped BetBoom get on the board. It was nettik doing what Vexite did in the opening game as the New Zealand rifler took control of the map to help FlyQuest go 7-1 up. A couple of crucial rounds at the end of the opening half saw BetBoom finish their CT half with four defensive rounds.
FlyQuest picked up both pistols on Mirage, picking up a 5v5 retake on the B site. BetBoom answered with a force buy but that was all for BoombI4's boys as FlyQuest ran away with a 13-6 win to move into the 2-0 bracket.
