BLAST reveals shocking Pick'Em numbers

With all the upsets and underdog stories at the BLAST.tv Austin 2025 Major, the Pick'Em predictions of almost everyone has gone right into the bin. Lynn Vision, a popular 0-3 pick across all three stages, put up a stellar performance even taking down Falcons, who were a very popular 3-0 pick in Stage 2. paIN, another popular 0-3 pick went flying with 3-0 among other anomalies.

BLAST has a Pick'Em interface on their site for players to sync their picks or make new ones altogether. Through a post on X before the playoffs, BLAST revealed some interesting statistics about the Pick'Ems that were recorded on their site.

99.8% of the players who've locked the Pick'Ems on BLAST's site have no chance of getting a diamond coin, leaving only a staggering 0.2% potential diamond coin candidates. While the BLAST.tv Austin 2025 Major has delivered upsets left and right, the community suspects that the new Pick'Em system where 3-0 picks rigidly differ from 3-1;3-2 picks also played a big part in this outcome.
