
ESL Challenger League Season 50 Asia-Pacific Cup 1 Day 2: Recap
The second day's action at the ESL Challenger League Season 50 Asia-Pacific Cup 1 saw India's only team in the tournament, Victores Sumus get sent home while TYLOO's forfeits saw them take an early exit too. We also saw some dominant one-sided games from the favourites as the upper bracket moved to the final four stage.

LOWER BRACKET
TYLOO FF their way out, Victores Sumus go out with a whimper
While TYLOO forfeited their match against compatriots Kaleido, Indian team Victores Sumus' campaign came to an end at the hands of Mongolian squad, IHC. After putting up a fight on their T side of their pick of Overpass, Victores Sumus were unable to put up a signle gun round win on their CT half which saw IHC close Overpass on the back of six straight rounds to take a 13-8 win. Inferno saw Victores Sumus blank out on their T side as a hapless T side from the Indian team saw them go down 5-13 to drop the series 0-2 and get eliminated from the tournament.

FengDa power through; BORING PLAYERS fight back to reverse sweep
The other lower bracket game saw FengDa overpower Russian squad MAXXPOWER in a clean 2-0 manner, picking up a 13-7 win on Mirage and a 13-9 win on Ancient to close out the series. The Chinese derby between BORING PLAYERS and Just Swing meanwhile, saw BORING PLAYERS fight back after being unable to stick a valiant comeback on Nuke, which they lost 10-13, to hit back with a 13-8 win on Ancient and a 13-9 win on Inferno to stay alive. in.

Big wins for TBO and Lynn Vision
Chinese squad TBO smashed Mongolia's L4S to move into the upper bracket semi-final after a 13-4 win on Dust2 and a 13-1 win on Nuke. Lynn Vision meanwhile, faced little to no trouble from NomadS as they went 13-1 on the Mongolian team's pick of Nuke and 13-7 on their pick of Dust2.

Rare Atom, The Huns keep it clean
The final round of games saw the upper bracket quarter-finals continue as Rare Atom eased past Eruption. With their new signing Tiger stepping up on Dust2, the Chinese team went 13-2 on their opponent's map pick before a strong CT side led by ChildKing saw Rare Atom close Inferno at 13-7.
The last quarter-final was the Mongolian derby which pitted The Huns against Chinggis Warriors with clean CT side seeing The Huns turn around a 4-8 deficit on their pick of Ancient to steal a 13-11 win before a dominant CT half on Nuke saw them wrap up the series with a 13-6 win.
