True Thunder to have Indian flag at ECL Season 50 Asia Cup 2

Former Gods Reign trio is back

With Bhavi's True Thunder (previously known as Team Arise) bagging an invite for ESL Challenger League Season 50 Asia Cup 2, Dust2 India has confirmed that the team will field an Indian majority core at the upcoming event. Former Gods Reign teammates, Bhavi, Ph1NNN and Rossi will team up for the event, with Rossi coming back to competitive play just for this event, after having announced his retirement earlier this year.

Apart from the India trio, the other two members of True Thunder will be the Russian duo of DayMake and w1sely. WasteOfAmmo will not be playing this event for True Thunder and Rossi will be standing-in for the Indonesian.

The ESL Challenger League Season 50 Asia Cup 2 will run between September 8 - September 22, 2025 and will follow a double elimination bracket with the winner of the event qualifying for the ESL Challenger League Season 50 Asia Finals, from where they can make their way to the ESL Pro League Season 23.
