Arise go down to Legion in Masters #28 semi-final
The second semi-final of the Dust2 India - 1XBET Masters 28 saw Arise take on Legion in a Bo3. The India - Pakistan clash saw Bhavi and his boys start slow once again which eventually ended up costing the Indian team a spot in the final.
The series took off on the Indian team's pick of Ancient, where they got off to an abysmal start on the T-side, picking up only two rounds in the half with their AWPer, reV3nnnn finding a single kill in the half. Against 10 match-points, the team put up a valiant fight, but ended up losing 9-13 with the comeback attempt not sticking through despite clouda and Bhavi trying their best.
Legion's pick of Train was up next, where Arise managed to secure a 7-5 lead on the CT-side, managing to finally brush aside their slow starts. The game stayed extremely neck-and-neck, with Bhavi leading the fragging department. However, with no star players stepping up, Legion capitalized towards the end to seal the deal with a 13-10 win and lock in the series 2-0.
