TYLOO face elimination after loss to M80
TYLOO's Major campaign is at risk of being cut short after the Chinese team dropped to the 1-2 bracket following their loss to M80 in their 1-1 bracket game at the StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 Stage 2. TYLOO now will have to win two consecutive BO3s if they want to move ahead and keep their Major campaign going.
Jee followed up a triple in the pistol with a quad in the eco to see TYLOO take the early advantage on their CT side on Train. After four in a row from TYLOO, it came down to slaxz denying Moseyuh's an incredible 1v4 to get M80 on the board. M80 punished a couple of aggressive approaches from TYLOO to bring it to a one round game before Mercury and Moseyuh shut an A hit to get TYLOO's fifth. A back and forth end to the half saw TYLOO scrape through to pick up seven to win out the half.
s1n and HexT turned around a 3v5 to see M80 steal the second pistol and tied up the score in no time. After a trade of rounds, TYLOO stole a round with one AWP and Deagles that saw them keep M80's lead and economy in check. M80 hit back with a low buy of their own that saw them hit double digits first as a full house from Swisher and HexT put M80 on their way. TYLOO looked like they had done enough but they dropped a 4v3 on the A site post plant as overpeeking ended up hurting TYLOO at the very end which saw M80 take a 13-10 win.
