Perfect World announces National League City Challenge

The tournament will be held across 50 Chinese cities

Perfect World has announced their new tournament Perfect World National League City Challenge, which will be held across 50 cities in China. Players will represent their cities, and fight for a prize pool of 23,000 Chinese Yuan.

The tournament will be held across three stages, where the first stage will feature Single eliminations Bo1, while the second stage will feature single-elimination Bo3. A single team will qualify for Stage 2 from each city, while eight teams will then proceed from Stage 2 to the main event.

The main event will be held online, with opening games being Bo1, while following games being Bo3. The teams will go through a double elimination bracket, fighting for a first place prize of 10k CNY, second place prize of 8k CNY, and finally a third place prize of 5k CNY.
