Change The Game locks in final Playoffs spot at eXTREMESLAND Asia Open 2025
Change The Game have locked in their place at the Playoffs for the eXTREMESLAND Asia Open 2025, becoming the final team from the Groups to make it to the quarter-finals, after their win over Ravens. The Chinese team are the eighth and final team to secure their spot in the final eight while Ravens are sent home after two disappointing losses.
The final group stage match of the eXTREMESLAND Asia Open 2025 saw the action head to Inferno with a big triple from FurtVe seeing Ravens start with the T pistol. Change The Game answered back with a force as VanceKK's double Scout opener was closed out by Hack1ng's 1v2 on the B site. After four in a row, a Tec-9 hit on the A site saw Ravens get their second on the board and after getting a couple of rounds in the middle, late impact from LaiKeXu, including a big 1v1 clutch on the B site saw Change The Game steal an 8-4 lead.
A triple from LaiKeXu saw the Chinese even out the pistols on Inferno. Ravens put up a valiant fight to get a couple of CT rounds but Change The Game made sure to not let it get close as they closed out the match with a 13-7 win.
