b1t opens HLTV Top 20 list at #20

HLTV has released the first player in their list for the Top 20 Players of the Year 2025 with Natus Vincere (NAVI) star b1t making his fourth appearance on the yearly list. b1t is the first entry in the list at #20, having put up a 1.13 rating across the year.

b1t had picked up three Exceptionally Valuable Player (EVP) appearances in 2025 at IEM Cologne 2025, IEM Katowice 2025 and also at BLAST Bounty Season 1. His 1.31 rating at IEM Katowice 2025 was his highest rating at an event overall in the year,with NAVI finishing in 3-4th place. Despite NAVI being unable to win any major trophy, b1t kept up his numbers. He put in an impressive 1.27 rating at the StarLadde StarSeries Fall 2025, which was NAVI's only title win of the year. b1t also finished 2025 as NAVI's highest rated player, with his 1.13 rating being the highest in the NAVI roster while w0nderful was closest with 1.11.

b1t, who broke into the scene in 2021 and was part of NAVI's historic Major winning and Intel Grand Slam winning roster, also made his fourth appearance in the HLTV Top 20 list. After a #9 finish in 2021, he finished #16 in 2022 and while he missed out in 2023, he returned with an impressive #9 in 2024, which he has followed up with another top 20 finish, this time at #20, which has been in lowest placing in the list. b1t is one of the few players who have won a Major in CS:GO and CS2.

The Ukrainian star chose 14-year old r0se as his Bold Prediction, stating that he expects to see the young B8 Academy player do shine well in the upcoming year.
