4 Counter-Strike teams in the top 10

CS2 is the only FPS title in the top 10 most watched esports teams

Counter-Strike continues to diff it's bootleg counterpart

Esports Charts has released a list revealing the most watched esports teams across the world. "This ranking focuses on overall esports watch time, aggregating live viewership across tournaments and matches regardless of platform or title", said Esports Charts in their blogpost. The ranking focuses on overall watch time teams have attracted. The list starts off with a couple of League of Legends teams and rounds off with four Counter-Strike teams.

Vitality who went on an absolute rampage in 2025, winning events left and right, including both Majors and levelling or surpassing multiple legendary records have secured #5 on this list with over 90 million hours of watch time. Further down in the list are Spirit. The Russian squad never fails to generate an audience as the crowd rushes in to catch the highlight machine donk in action. Having made playoffs appearances their second nature, MOUZ also makes an entry in the list, trailing Spirit by a single spot at #9.

  • #10. Falcons -> 68.7M hours

Picking up superstar after superstar, Falcons seem to have picked up a significant following along their route, rounding off the list at #10. Counter-Strike 2 is tied with League of Legends for the most entries in the top 10 at four teams each. Counter-Strike is also the only first-person shooter in the list, once again cementing the "King of FPS" title over countless recent releases which have tried their dearest to mimic Counter-Strike's core mechanics.
