Vitality take down FURIA to win IEM Kraków 2026 title

Vitality have won their first title of 2026 after beating FURIA 3-1 in the final of IEM Kraków 2026. After going down to FURIA in two back-to-back finals against FalleN and co. in the latter half of 2025, Vitality made sure to go all the way this time with 2025's Team of the Year continuing from where they left off in the previous year. Vitality's talisman ZywOo picked up the MVP trophy for IEM Kraków 2026 for his 1.59 rating showing.

Vitality drop a certain 1-0 advantage as molodoy shines

apEX kicked off the final on a hot streak as a force buy conversion on their CT side on Mirage saw Vitality race away to a 9-3 lead. FURIA though were in no mood to go down without a fight and with YEKINDAR turning things around after a 1-kill opening half and molodoy bringing the impact with the AWP, FURIA managed to pull it all the way back as Vitality's over-eagerness to close the map saw FURIA steal a 13-11 win.

ZywOo takes things into his hands as Vitality tie things up

After letting Mirage go out of their hands, on their pick of Inferno, Vitality started strong again, this time on their T side, going 4-0 up before FURIA pulled things back to a 7-5 half in the favour of apEX and co. with crucial clutches from flameZ and ZywOo seeing Vitality take a slender lead. With ZywOo finding form, FURIA stood no chance as Vitality tied the series with a 13-8 win as the French superstar dropped a 27 kill performance with a 2.22 rating.

Unstoppable CT side sees Vitality take the lead in the final

Nuke was a non-starter for FURIA as FalleN and his boys went missing on their second pick, with a 10-round CT half seeing Vitality storm to a 13-2 win to take a 2-1 lead in the final. It was ZywOo again with impact and this time he had mezii along with him, with the British player topping the scoreboard on Nuke with 18 kills and a 2.26 rating.

apEX, ZywOo step up to hand Vitality the trophy

Vitality started strong once again on Overpass but were unable to capitalise on a early lead as FURIA fought back from being 0-5 down to tie up the half by picking up six of the last seven rounds to close out their CT side. The T side pistol and conversions were about all FURIA found as an incredible flameZ backstab quad kill saw Vitality find their footing on their CT side and closed things at 13-10. ZywOo was once again at the top of the scoreboard, dropping 25 kills, a 1.59 rating with an ADR of 101.3.
