Loser turns violent at German CS LAN
A local LAN in Germany took a shocking turn when a 31-year old content creator/streamer named MAUschine threw hands at his opponent after conceding a game of Counter-Strike, in what the community quickly termed as one of the finest examples of being a "sore loser". The incident was caught on CAGGTUS Leipzig's broadcast on Twitch where both teams were supposedly walking on to the stage after the match.

Right from the get-go, MAUschine was seen walking like a man on a mission, with an angry look on his face. His opponent, Fabian "Spidergum" Salomon, was standing with his arms relaxed and a smile on his face before he was caught completely off guard by a what looked like something in between a "sucker-punch" and a slap that nearly sent Spidergum's glasses off his face.
We think violence is pretty shitty and it has no place with us in the league.
DACH CS Masters on the violent incident
DACH CS Masters immediately took to X and announced that MAUschine would be handed a ban of at least 10 years and the organizer also claimed that they reported the incident to ESIC. Following up, Fragster announced that MAUschine would also be banned from their events for a similar time period.
The events that transpired to make MAUschine lose his cool was quite uncertain until an X user, Meep tried to translate the clips that surfaced on social media for the rest of the world. MAUschine pulled off a 1v2 clutch and Spidergum returned the favor in another round but was seen screaming something along the lines of "papichulo", which Meep claims is a sarcastic imitation of MAUschine.
In another clip, MAUschine is seen looking back at the stream where Spidergum allegedly taunts him and gets noticeably riled up with uncanny micro-expressions. “SPIDERGUM!” the 31-year-old streamer yelled, hopping out of his chair as he tried to search for Spidergum’s group and proceeded to speak in German after failing to spot them. Meep translates this as "Ah, they already left. If I saw them leaving, I'd have punched him then... I swear, I would've dragged him through the entire venue by the leg". Confirming his intention to physically assault Spidergum.
MAUschine has not publicly commented on the situation yet but ESIC posted their verdict, handing the streamer a lifetime ban, citing severe breaches of the ESIC Code of Conduct. MAUschine's potential consequences might not end with a lifetime ban from ESIC if Spidergum decides to press charges and takes the legal route but the the latter was seen celebrating his team's win on X and even dishing out a jab at MAUschine, mentioning that his aim with the slap/punch was better than his aim with the AWP.
