The tournament carries a ¥120,000 JPY prize pool

BestFive Elite Competition Tokyo is set to begin tomorrow, with both qualifiers coming to a close. A total of six teams will take stage at eSPORTS CAFE AIM Ikebukuro, Tokyo tomorrow, on 30th May 2026. Raven, mega mega and EXCIDIUM secured direct invites to the event while MXPS cleared the HCSL Qualifier.

COR(E) and GENZ ClaN are the two teams that made it through the open qualifiers. The opening phase of the event will run a round robin iteration with a best-of-one setting throughout. The top two teams from each group will advance to the single-elimination bracket playoffs where all games play out as best-of-threes.

The Tokyo LAN will carry a prize pool of ¥120,000 JPY (~ $750 USD or ₹71,000 INR). A live broadcast of the event will run on the tournament organizer's YouTube channel.
