Lynn Vision eliminated early from home event
One of the two Chinese teams playing in front of their home crowd in Guangzhou at the XSE Pro League 2026, Lynn Vision, has been eliminated from the event after their loss to B8 in the swiss round 4 game. Lynn Vision leaves the event with a 1-3 record.
The Chinese team's pick of Dust2 was the opening map of the elimination series for teams with a 1-2 record. The force buy win on their T side meant Lynn Vision picked up the early momentum but it was esenthial and kensizor five round CT streak that helped them tie up the score. B8 started their T side with the pistol and conversions that saw them hit double digits with a 10-6 score line. C4LLM3SU3 and z4KR led the CT comeback for Lynn Vision as they went on to take the lead but it was a back and forth end to regulation that saw Lynn Vision having to force overtime. The Chinese team put up a strong CT half in overtime, picking up two rounds but a clean sweep from B8 on their CT side saw them secure a 16-14 win.
Moving to the Ukrainian team's pick of ancient, it was again the duo of esenthial and kensizor power B8 and the Ukrainian team this time managed a four round lead on their T sie. Despite losing the second half pistol and the following round, a five round CT streak saw B8 go on to close out a dominant 13-6 win to seal the series in two and send Lynn Vision packing.
The loss marks the end of the road for Lynn Vision at XSE Pro League 2026, as they exit with in 12-14th place. With Lynn Vision eliminated, TYLOO remain the only Asian team alive in the event.
