Media: lauNX accuses Revenant for payment delays and other issues
Romanian player Laurențiu 'lauNX' Țârlea who is currently apart of the FUT team has accused Indian organisation Revenant for payment delays, non-communication and more in his latest social media post. lauNX was a part of Revenant between June 2024 and March 2025 when the Indian organisation had fielded an international roster which also had the likes of NBK- and Nivera.
Replying to a post on X (formerly known as Twitter), where the original author of the post was ironically speaking about another Indian organisation, 5W, who were called out by British player Thomas for scamming them after a short stint in the sport, lauNX replied talking about the issues he faced during his time at Revenant. lauNX states that him, NBK- and Nivera, all of whom played for Revenant together at the same time, 'spent 6 months' with no communication from the organisation or payments. He also stated that Reiko, who played with them in Revenant had his agent close a deal and leave the organisation without payment after a delay of three months.
lauNX was on Revenant's active roster between June 2024 and December 2024 and won a couple of online tournaments including the United21 League Season 17 and United21 League Season 18.
After leaving Revenant, lauNX moved to Nexus and then FUT, whom he is with currently and even won PGL Bucharest 2026 with FUT. FUT and lauNX were seen in Stage 3 of the IEM Cologne Major 2026 most recently.
Revenant, a well known Indian organisation was a part of the Skyesports franchise league, Skyesports Masters 2023 and boasted of an Indian core squad until their switch to an international lineup in 2024. Following Revenant's departure from the Counter-Strike world, the Indian organisation has not ventured back yet with the Winline Insight Season 5 being the final event the organisation participated in where NBK-, lauNX, Nivera and current FaZe player Neityu also played for the squad.
lauNX's accusation of payment delays and communication issues isn't a first for Indian organisations, as multiple Indian and foreign players in recent times have called out the Indian organisation for non-payment, payment delays and various other mismanagement reasons.
