VP, G2 book final Playoffs spots from Group A and B at EPL S19
While Vitality breezed past TheMongolz in the opening game of the final day's action at the ESL Pro League Season 19 Groups A and B, we had two more spots in the Playoffs up for grabs.
Virtus.pro(VP) who after a shaky run were looking to make it to the playoffs, faced SAW. SAW didn't get going at all on their pick of Vertigo as VP hammered them 13-3 before taking a 13-10 win on a more competitive Overpass to secure the series 2-0 and send themselves to the playoffs and SAW home.

The final game of the day and of Group B saw a struggling G2 take on the new-look M80. M80's pick of Ancient started the series and a barn burner of a game saw neither side give an inch to their opponent. We went to overtime and then a few other ones and G2's star NiKo, who struggled throughout regulation stepped up to showcase why he's regarded as one of Counter-Strike's all-time greats, pulling G2 across at 22-20.
Inferno started with yet another tied half before a flawless CT-side from G2, led by the cousins saw them pick up a 13-6 win to take home the series 2-0.
With the win, G2 secures the final Playoffs place from Group B at ESL Pro League Season 19.
