Austin Major's opening round games rearranged after BLAST hands BESTIA's slot to Legacy

Legacy replacing BESTIA at the BLAST.tv Austin 2025 Major seems to be set in stone after BLAST's announcement on X. In their post, BLAST mentioned that BESTIA wasn't able to secure visas on time, calling up the next in line from the South American MRQ, Legacy. The Argentinian side, BESTIA was set to take part in their first ever Major which was cut short even before it began.

With Legacy's addition to the first stage of the BLAST.tv Austin 2025 Major, the opening matches are slightly rearranged. FlyQuest were initially set to face BESTIA in their opening game but they now take on Fluxo in their tournament opener.

Lynn Vision where had to face Metizport in their first game are now matched up against the latest entry, Legacy. Metizport's new opponent for the opening round will be Wildcard. With all these changes, the opening round matchups at the first stage of the BLAST.tv Austin 2025 Major is as follows:
