s1mple and FaZe fall flat to 3DMAX
s1mple and FaZe's wait to qualify for the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 Stage 3 went on a bit longer as they fell to 3DMAX in their 2-1 bracket game and have one final chance to qualify for the next stage.
Massive impact from Lucky early on, on FaZe's pick of Nuke saw 3DMAX start 8-4 and despite the second pistol and conversion, FaZe were unable to string a comeback as FaZe went down 8-13. FaZe dropped a 5-1 lead on Inferno as the French team fought back to tie it up at the half and on the back of five straight CT rounds including some crucial clutches, 3DMAX picked up a 13-9 win to close the series in two.
FaZe now fall to the 2-2 bracket and have one final chance to make it to Stage 3 while 3DMAX have confirmed a spot in the final 16 of the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025.
