Rare Atom signs Trash; benches somebody

Rare Atom have announced the signing of 20-year old rifler Trash to replace Chinese veteran somebody in the active lineup. This ends a one and a half year stint for somebody, who first joined Rare Atom on loan in October 2023.

Trash had previously been a part of E9, from April to June, and averaged a rating of 1.31 in XSE Pro League Chengdu 2025, the sole HLTV recorder tournament he played with the team. In the tournament, E9 had faced Rare Atom and were dispatched after a 0-2 loss with Trash managing a 0.93 rated performance.

The move comes after Rare Atom failing to qualify for the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025. The roster of Rare Atom now features:
