Media: BOROS alleges former Rare Atom player asked him to fix games

BOROS calls out somebody

Former Falcons and JiJieHao player BOROS has revealed that Chinese player somebody, who currently plays for TBO had asked the Jordanian player to fix games.

BOROS states that when he was playing for JiJieHao in China, somebody, who was playing for Rare Atom at the time, asked him and his friends to fix games but BOROS refused to do so. BOROS also revealed that his former team JiJieHao helped him get out of the situation. In a video shared by BOROS, the states that he went to a club with somebody and his cousin Frankie, where he was asked to fix games for them, which is when BOROS denied their request.

While BOROS hasn't revealed which tournament it is, it mostly likely is the Hero Esports Asian Champions League 2025. The 8 team tournament was a LAN event held in May 2025 in Yancheng and Shanghai which saw TYLOO take down Lynn Vision in the final.

The event also served as an Asian qualifier for the Esports World Cup 2025. JiJieHao had finished fourth in the tournament while Rare Atom finished 5-6th place with somebody in their lineup. BOROS had finished the tournament as the highest rated player from JiJieHao with a 1.12 rating across 9 maps.

A veteran of the Chinese scene, somebody spent the majority of his career with TYLOO between 2015 and 2022 and had a stint of almost two years with Rare Atom, between October 2023 and July 2025. He currently plays for Chinese team TBO.

Australian Counter-Strike analyst and caster Elfishguy has also shared details on the matter, stating that the veteran Chinese player could be involved in match fixing. Elfishguy's post reveals that somebody's cousin, Frankie ran the match fixing group, which also involved ATOX, who were handed out bans earlier this year.
