ESL Challenger League Season 50 Asia-Pacific Cup 2 Day 3: Recap
The third day at the ESL Challenger League Season 50 Asia-Pacific Cup 2 had four BO3 take place with the lower bracket elimination games in action. Pakistan's Legion, led by PokemoN came out at the biggest winners while The Huns and NomadS hung on.

Legion, UR fight on
Pakistani squad Legion faced Mongolian team IHC in their lower bracket round 2 matchup and it was Legion with a flawless CT half on their pick of Dust2 to start the series with a 13-7 win. The domination continued as they went into IHC's pick of Inferno, starting on the CT and a flawless CT half saw them race away to a dominant 13-3 win to close the series quickly in two maps.
On the other side of the bracket, it was a Chinese derby between FengDa and UR to keep themselves alive with UR's T side prowess on Inferno getting them over the line at 13-9 before a back and forth affair on Dust2 ended with the same scoreline, with UR going 2-0 to eliminate FengDa and keep their campaign going.

The Mongolians survive
Mongolian team NomadS went up against Just Swing in the other lower bracket round 2 games with an overtime affair on Dust2 getting things underway. NomadS stole a 16-14 win to kick off the series but Just Swing fought back to tie up the series with a 13-10 win on Ancient. The decider on Nuke kicked off with a tight opening half but stellar T side from the Mongolian team saw them run away with a 13-8 win to take a 2-1 series win.
The final game of the day saw The Huns fight for survival against Chinese team BORING PLAYERS. The Chinese steal stole a 13-11 win on their pick of Ancient and were on their way to a win after an 8-4 start on Nuke but a stellar defensive hold saw The Huns turn it around to pick up a 13-10 win to tie the series. The decider on Inferno had neither team giving each other an inch and it was an overtime affair that closed the series with The Huns reverse sweeping the series with a 16-13 win with sk0R, cobrazera and xerolte having a stellar series.
