FlyQuest fend off SINNERS to stay alive at DraculaN Season 2
After a mixed opening day for jks and co. at DraculaN Season 2, FlyQuest had their backs up against the wall coming into the second day at the LAN in Romania and the Oceania team fought back from being a map down and starring at elimination to eliminate SINNERS and stay alive at DraculaN Season 2.
A heroic comeback from FlyQuest after a toothless T side saw the Oceania squad fightback from being 6-12 down to take the map to overtime on their pick of Dust2. After pushing it to overtime, FlyQuest had the map in their hands in third overtime but SHOCK came in with an incredible 1v2 retake on the A site, coming in from CT to take out a player at Goose and behind Car to send the map to the fourth overtime. SINNERS managed to keep it clean to close out Dust2 at 25-21 with Pepo's 40 bomb ending up on the winning side overpowering regali's 40 kill show.
Ancient was a one-way show as FlyQuest's stellar defence led by nettik and jks saw them go 10-2 up. The domination continued as a triple from INS saw FlyQuest turn around a 3v5 in the second half pistol which put them on their way to a 13-2 win to tie up the series. SINNERS started Mirage with the CT pistol and conversions and despite FlyQuest finding four on the trot once they brought out the guns, a beastik shutdown in middle saw SINNERS take a two round lead.
Picking up both pistols and converting on their T side pistol, SINNERS went 10-5 up before FlyQuest fought back once again. It was regali with a massive 1v2 in the final round of regulation on the A site that saw FlyQuest push Mirage to overtime as well and FlyQuest managed to close it out this time at 16-13 to reverse sweep the series 2-1.
