FlyQuest choke against Liquid

FlyQuest drop a 10-2 lead on Mirage

FlyQuest dropped a massive lead on Mirage, that saw Liquid gain momentum to comeback into the series and take down the Australian squad 2-0 to make the Playoffs at PGL Masters Bucharest 2025. The Australian side had numerous chances to close the game but were unable to go the final distance and now are in a do-or-die situation to make the Playoffs.

jks' Dualies saw FlyQuest start with the CT pistol on Mirage and the former Liquid player brought the pain to his old organisation as FlyQuest raced away to a dominant CT start. Ten CT rounds seemed enough but it was Liquid with an incredible comeback, led by EliGE that saw them push the map to overtime where they locked in a 16-14 win to hold on to their map pick.

ultimate's AWP and NertZ set the tone on Train, as a four round lead at the half turned out to be enough with EliGE closing things out for Liquid with a strong T side that saw Liquid take a 13-10 win to seal the series 2-0.

FlyQuest's loss drops them into the 2-2 bracket and they will have one final chance to make Playoffs, through their final Swiss round game while Liquid moves into the Playoffs with a 3-1 record.
