Legion best ShaatirLonday to storm into Masters #29 finals
The first semi-final of the Dust2 India - 1XBET Cup Masters #29 took place between Legion and ShaatirLonday, two of the best teams from Pakistan.
The Bo3 started off on Dust2, where Legion kicked off their CT campaign with a 6-0 lead. ShaatirLonday managed to get 3 out of the remaining six rounds on the back of impact kills from MELKOR, and then managed to narrow Legion's lead to 9-8 in the second half. However, PokemoN and HZI managed to close out the game with a 13-9 win.
The second map took us to Inferno, where a tied half saw Legion take six rounds on the T-side. It was once again PokemoN who stepped up with a 1.40 rating, as he helped Legion reach match point at 12-7. ShaatirLonday put up a valiant fight to close the lead to 11-12, but fell on the last round to lose the game 11-13.
