
"Oh god no": Counter-Strike's creator on million-dollar payday speculation
Metastack published a video on X, interviewing Counter-Strike's creator, Gooseman. In the video, Metastack's interviewer asks the creator of Counter-Strike a series of true-false questions regarding some of the biggest speculations and rumors floating around the community to this day. The interview starts with Gooseman instantly denying the million-dollar pay day speculation. The community believed that Gooseman was paid millions when Valve took over Counter-Strike but he quickly debunked it.
Gooseman did not design a single Counter-Strike map.
