ISSAA announces retirement
Former OG, HellRaisers and Eternal Fire player ISSAA has announced that he has hung up the mouse as the Jordanian rifler is looking to transition to a coaching role from playing. The 29-year old most recently was in the server for JiJieHao before parting ways with the team in November 2025.
Having started his career with Chosen5 back in 2016, ISSAA had a short stint with Gux & Friends before moving to HellRaisers in August 2017. During his two years with the team, ISSAA attended three Majors with HellRaisers, which were the FACEIT Major 2018, IEM Katowice 2019 and the StarLadder Major Berlin 2019. After his time with HellRaisers, ISSAA moved to OG, where he was with the international squad for a year and half before moving to Eternal Fire in August 2021. After a short time with Eternal Fire and two years of inactivity in Counter-Strike and a short career in VALORANT, ISSAA returned to competitive play with JiJieHao in November 2023, which turned out to be his final team.
ISSAA's biggest achievement came during the DreamHack Open Tours 2018, where he won the MVP award, with HellRaisers finished second in the French $100,000 LAN event behind North. ISSAA was the highest rated player in the event with a rating of 1.42.
