Rare Atom, Lynn Vision head to XSE Loop Cup S1 finals
The opening round of the XinSai Esports Loop Cup Season 1 has come a close. The $3,000 USD LAN is hosting a single-elimination bracket with four Chinese teams.
Rare Atom vs Last Bullet (Semi-final 1)
The first match saw Rare Atom take on Last Bullet with the former starting on the CT-side of the opening map, Mirage. Rare Atom got off to a shaky start but recovered towards the end of the half, securing a marginal 7-5 lead heading into the T-side.
After dropping the pistol and anti-eco, Last Bullet delivered a stunning CT-side showing to take the map into overtime where Rare Atom reset and closed Mirage 16-14. Picking up where they left off, Rare Atom showed no signs of slowing down on the T-side of Dust2, sliding a 9-3 lead in their favor. Last Bullet clawed back a few gun rounds after losing the initial few but Rare Atom kept their cool and closed Dust2 13-6 to wrap the series 2-0 and advance to the grand-final.

Lynn Vision vs Morningstar (Semi-final 2)
Lynn Vision's match against Morningstar started on Dust2. After winning the CT-side pistol round, Morningstar fumbled the anti-eco as Lynn Vision tore their way through to a solid 8-4 T-half on Dust2 with z4kr and Westmelon posting ADRs of 147 and 123 in the first half. Lynn Vision hit match point right out the gate on their CT-side but Morningstar would not go down without a fight. Lynn Vision managed to secured a 13-7 win on Dust2 despite Morningstar's late game resurgence.
The second map took us to ancient where Morningstar started strong on the T-side with a 3-0 but Lynn Vision dominated the gun rounds, splitting the first half 6-6. EmiliaQAQ's 2.16 rating T-side stole the show in the second half as Lynn Vision closed Ancient 13-7, dropping just a single round in the second half. Lynn Vision sent Morningstar packing and advanced to the grand-final where they lock horns with Rare Atom.
