TYLOO set to play two VRS-ranked LANs simultaneously
TYLOO has been one of Asia's longest standing contenders for Major spots and this year is no different. The Chinese side have put up impressive showings in local LANs and despite exiting BLAST Open Rotterdam with just a single win to their name, TYLOO walked away with a massive amount of VRS points. Their only win in the tournament came against FaZe and netted them 121 VRS points.
However, their local LAN showings and a single match win at BLAST Open Rotterdam 2026 were not enough to push the Chinese side into the IEM Cologne Major's invites range. TYLOO now have their foot on the pedal, grinding out VRS points by attending two LANs simultaneously. XSE GangKui Cup Season 2 and Yuqilin Pinnacle of Battle Season 3 are both Valve ranked LANs taking place in Shanghai, China with prize pools of ~$15,000 USD each.
Yuqilin Pinnacle of Battle Season 3 has kicked off today with Group A's matches running the entire day. TYLOO will be in action tomorrow (March 31, 2026) against Just Swing at 11:30 AM IST and will play a second game incase of an opening round win at 04:30 PM IST on the same day. The following day, TYLOO will depart NewHappy Esports Center and head to XinSai Esports' studio for the other LAN- XSE GangKui Cup Season 2 where they take on TYLOO at 11:30 AM IST.
However, if TYLOO lose their opening match at Yuqilin Pinnacle of Battle Season 3, their elimination match will likely take place just hours after their opening match at GangKui Cup Season 2. Lynn Vision took the safer route and are just attending Yuqilin Pinnacle of Battle Season 3, after skipping GangKui Cup Season 2, given that they are already within the IEM Cologne Major's invites range and just have to stay there.
