9z and BetBoom confirmed for XSE Pro League 2026

Xinsai Esports has announced two more teams for their upcoming XSE Pro League 2026 as South American squad 9z and Russian squad BetBoom has been announced as two more teams for the Guangzhou LAN.

Booml4's BetBoom, who are currently ranked #18 in the VRS have been revealed as an invited team with the Russian team most recently finishing 4th at IEM Atlanta 2026 and they managed to take down Vitality in the Group Stages as well before going down to eventual champions Natus Vincere in the semi-final. 9z meanwhile, who are ranked #15 in the current VRS, was most recently seen in action at the recently concluded PGL Astana 2026 where they finished 5-8th.

9z and BetBoom will join the likes of JW's EYEBALLERS, Alliance and Nemesis, who have already confirmed their attendance at the event. Most recently, the tournament organiser also confirmed Guangzhou as the location for the $1,000,000 LAN event. A $1,000,000 tournament, the event will see a total of 16 teams fight it out the Group Stage, which will kick off the event.

The tournament will follow a Swiss BO1 format to get things going while the advancement games will be BO3 and elimination games will be BO3 as well. The Playoffs will follow a single elimination BO3 format. The tournament is set to take place between July 1 - July 12, 2026.
