ropz surpasses dupreeh as the 2nd most decorated player

This past week, Vitality took down Spirit in the grand-final of IEM Rio 2026 to win their second consecutive ESL Grand Slam and with both these two trophies, ropz surpasses to dupreeh to become the second most decorated Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Counter-Strike 2 player. Dupreeh held the top spot for quite a while before his former in-game leader, apEX dethroned him. The Dane won 32 notable trophies which includes five Majors.

ropz just hit 34 notable trophies with Vitality's latest wins and now trails his current in-game leader by six. apEX, with four Majors to his name stands just a single Major win away from tying dupreeh's record for the most Counter-Strike Majors won. Vitality's ascend doesn't end there as their biggest star- ZywOo also enters the list at #5, levelling Xyp9x's 28 notable trophies won.

Ever since ropz joined the ranks of Vitality last year, the french organization has looked unstoppable under the leadership of apEX with each and every individual stepping to contribute. Vitality broke several significant records along the way and were also on track to crack prime NiP's win streak record but fell short.
