
Vitality's top 4 streak comes to a close
The recently concluded IEM Atlanta 2026 saw NAVI bag their second ESL Pro Tour event win. Aleksib and co. took on Vitality in the quarter-final and denied them a semi-final spot, ending Vitality's top 4 streak. The French organization end their streak with 21 consecutive top four finishes at S-tier events- one of the most dominant runs in recent times.
During their streak Vitality won two consecutive Majors in 2025 and also secured their second ESL Grand Slam. Vitality have won five S-tier events in 2026 so far which includes- BLAST Rivals S1, IEM Rio, BLAST Open Rotterdam, PGL Cluj-Napoca and IEM Krakow.

Prime Astralis saw the Danes make 19 consecutive top finishes at big events during their 2018-19 season. Vitality quickly racked up their top-four numbers over the last year, surpassing several giants in NAVI (2018), FaZe (2017-18), SK Gaming (2016-17) and Ninjas in Pyjamas (2012-15). Astralis appears thrice in the top five and were holding the top three spots until Vitality broke through.
