MISS-CS Sawasdee Series #2: Preview

No Indian team made it to the main event

The main event's bracket is set at MISS-CS Sawasdee Series #2 following the conclusion of four open qualifiers across different regions within Asia. Looking For ORG and MISS-CS bagged their main event slots from the Thai qualifier despite the latter not making it to the finals of the qualifier. LM58 who took down MISS-CS could have declined their slot, handing it over to MISS-CS.

Indian teams were eligible to take part in the broader open qualifier across Asia but just a single Indian team handed in their registration. Cryonix, featuring Ember at the helm, did not show up for their opening game against SZL Esports, flunking out without playing a single match. It was QuantumX and Oasis Gaming who made it through the open qualifier.

Rising flame and Honey Hustlers cleared the Myanmar Qualifier while Cosmic Serpents Gaming and XDM made it through the China qualifier. The main event features eight teams in a single-elimination best-of-three bracket with a dedicated third place decider. The grand-final will run a best-of-five setting. The tournament will run entirely online and the winner bags a $1,500 USD cash prize while the runner-up gets $500 USD and the runner gets $300 USD.
