FaZe announced for XSE Pro League 2026

The seventh team for the XSE Pro League 2026 has been revealed and it is FaZe. The Twistzz led squad will be in Guangzhou for the $1,000,000 LAN event that will take place in July 2026.

After failing to qualify for the IEM Colgone Major 2026, the FaZe squad saw a major change as their long-time captain karrigan departed them team with Twistzz taking up the leadership mantle at FaZe. The FaZe team are currently ranked #25 in the global VRS and most recently finished 9-12th at IEM Atlanta 2026. They are scheduled to be seen in action next in Barcelona for the Stake Ranked Episode 2, taking part as one of the top ranked teams in the event.

XinSai Esports has confirmed Guangzhou as the location for the $1,000,000 LAN event. A $1,000,000 tournament, the event will see a total of 16 teams fight it out the Group Stage, which will kick off the event. The likes of Ninjas in Pyjamas, Alliance, Nemesis, EYEBALLERS, 9z and BetBoom have already been confirmed for the event.

The tournament will follow a Swiss BO1 format to get things going while the advancement games will be BO3 and elimination games will be BO3 as well. The Playoffs will follow a single elimination BO3 format. The tournament is set to take place between July 1 - July 12, 2026.
