Ninjas in Pyjamas confirmed for XSE Pro League 2026

One more team has been confirmed for the upcoming XSE Pro League 2026 as the tournament organisers XinSai Esports has revealed Ninjas in Pyjamas (NIP) as one of the teams who will participate in the Guangzhou LAN event in July 2026.

Ranked #34 in the Global VRS, Ninjas in Pyjamas missed the ticket for the IEM Cologne Major 2026 and as been grinding it out in the lower ranked events in the top tier most recently participating in events such as Stake Ranked Episode 1 and CCT Global Finals 2026. Snappi and his boys were in China for the recently concluded CS Asia Championships 2026 where they finished 13-16th after losses to B8 and Lynn Vision. NIP has roped in stavn to their squad a little over a month ago and wielding the Big Green, the Danish player has impressed so far.

XinSai Esports recently had confirmed Guangzhou as the location for the $1,000,000 LAN event. A $1,000,000 tournament, the event will see a total of 16 teams fight it out the Group Stage, which will kick off the event. The likes of Alliance, Nemesis, EYEBALLERS, 9z and BetBoom have already been confirmed for the event.

The tournament will follow a Swiss BO1 format to get things going while the advancement games will be BO3 and elimination games will be BO3 as well. The Playoffs will follow a single elimination BO3 format. The tournament is set to take place between July 1 - July 12, 2026.
