Gods Reign brushes Grayfox aside to book Grand Final spot

Gods Reign and Grayfox went up against each other in the Skyesports Grand Slam 2024 India Closed Qualifiers Lower Bracket final as both teams were aiming to make it to the LAN event in Pune.

Nuke was the series opener with neither team willing to budge. It took all 24 rounds of regulation with Gods Reign hanging on for a narrow 13-11 win as it was the trio of f1redup, Ph1NNN and reV3nnnn stepping up when their team needed them the most.

A sloppy CT start from Grayfox saw Gods Reign go 9-3 up at the half with reV3nnnn, Bhavi and Ph1NNN all starting strong. Grayfox started with a much needed pistol on their T side but failed to capitalise on it to cut down the lead. Gods Reign eventually ran away with the map at 13-6 which saw them pick up the series 2-0.

By winning the Lower Bracket Final, Gods Reign now moves into the Grand Final of the Skyesports Grand Slam 2024 India Closed Qualifiers and will face Legacy Esports with the winner booking their spot in the Skyesports Grand Slam 2024 LAN event in Pune.
